This website does not use analytics, advertising, or social-media cookies. We do not build a profile of your visit. We store one preference so the cookie notice stays closed: in local storage, and in a first-party cookie named cl-notice.

3. Information you send us

The free screen form asks for a website, work email, company, primary market, and an optional competitor. The contact form asks for a name, email, company, subject, and message. We use those details only to reply to that request. We do not add you to a marketing list.

Sending a form transmits those fields to the server that hosts this site. We store them so a person can reply. The screen confirmation may also include the website you entered in the page address. Do not put secrets in either form. We keep the request until you ask us to delete it, unless a legal duty requires us to keep it.

4. What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not share a website visitor profile with advertisers, because we do not collect one. Client work is confidential and is covered in the terms of service.

5. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete information you have sent us, and you can object to how it is used. Email privacy@citationtrail.com. If you are in the UK or the EEA, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
